The undersigned, Anne-Marie De Scheemaecker, Director of IGC Jewelry and Diamonds LLC, declare that:

• I endorse the Business Principles & Ethical, Social and Environmental Policies of IGCJD and be committed to their fulfillment
• During the period under internal audit, these policies and principles have served, to the best of my knowledge, as the guiding values by which business decisions have been made at this Company
• During the period under internal audit, the Company’s due diligence process for responsible supply chains of diamonds, gold, and platinum did not disclose any concerns or red flags
• During the period under audit, the Company and its Directors have not been, to the best of my knowledge, involved in any activity that has resulted in a material conviction, or any material penalty imposed by a government, industry, or other regulator
• During the period under audit, the Company and its Directors have not been, to the best of my knowledge, involved in any activity that has brought the diamond and jewelry industry into serious disrepute or damaged the consumer’s perception of diamonds and jewelry in the respective industries
